Werkstudent Customer Service (m/f/d)

You process customer requests and customer events and ensure a quick and competent feedback. You run tariff advice, go to individual customer needs and help find the right offer for the respective needs. You're posing master data changes in our accounting system and ensuring that all data is always up-to-date, complete and correct. You will start evaluations, for example on the quality assurance of our service providers, and thus actively contribute to the further development of our service quality. You support the creation of customer bills as well as the processing of alternating processes in the field of electricity and gas.

You are a registered student – ideally in the field of business, economics or energy. You want to combine study and practice and actively support a dedicated team. The functions and programs of the Microsoft Office 365 environment have been able to safely suit you.
