We are looking for a social pedagogue/social worker for ABW/AWS (m/w/d) for our living area in Isny in Allgäu in parttime (21 hours/week).

In our outpatients, you are interested in living (AWS) in work with adult people with mental or physical disabilities. You support social participation. Your tasks include consulting, guidance, promotion and accompaniment in the life-structural area (e.g. shopping, leisure activities). You coordinate contacts with the family environment and institutions and institutions. You provide help in shaping social relationships. You cooperate with doctors, families, therapists and authorities. You perform organizational and administrative tasks, documentation and reporting.

You have a study of social work/social pedagogy or a comparable course of study. Your work is characterised by self-employment and flexibility. You own the license class B.
