The team management EASY-Platforms is responsible for the strategic and operational management of a team of platform specialists and ensures the safe, efficient and future-oriented operation of the Bank's central collaboration, workflow, AI and automation platforms. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team EASY-Platform Responsibility for stable, secure and audit-compliant operation of central platforms and applications Strategic construction and further development of the platform landscape (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Collaboration and Automation Solutions) Control of operations, change, release and lifecycle processes Ensuring high service quality and compliance with defined SLAs and regulatory requirements Planning, prioritization and control of projects, measures and developments Responsible for the technical governance of the supervised platforms Control of external service providers and manufacturers Close cooperation with departments, IT operation, information security, governance and compliance Responsibility for the team’s budget, resource and capacity planning Promoting automation, standardization and continuous improvement of processes Supporting the Bank's digital transformation by providing modern platform, collaboration and AI services

You have a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study or alternatively a comparable qualification. You also have several years of experience in the automation of business processes. Finding knowledge in the operation and further development of enterprise platforms will help you. You have experience in IT service management as well as in ITIL-close processes. We require an understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial environment (e.g. DORA, BAIT, MaRisk). In addition to pronounced communication and leadership competencies, you are distinguished in particular by a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
