Become a_ HR Business Partner @Visoon and support us with your Hands-on mentality you act as an advisor to the management and executives in all HR issues You accompany our employees as a trusted contact person through all phases of the employee lifecycle from entry to exit. You are responsible for ensuring and implementing all HR standards and take over personnel administration taking into account operational and legal regulations You are responsible for the entire recruiting process You work trustfully with our works council Responsibility for HR-relevant processes and tools You work closely with our finance department and are responsible for personal controlling You tax the annual HR Cycle around target agreements and feedback

Your are Team player with strong communication strength and collaborative capability Complete study with focus on human resources management, economic psychology, BWL or comparable training You can earn at least 1 - 2 years of professional experience in HR Hands-on mentality: You think, actively shape and grab where you are needed Self-responsibility and self-responsibility, rapid understanding and flexibility Communication strength, cultural awareness, negotiation skills and consulting skills with a binding and value-adding occurrence German and English language skills in word and writing secure handling of MS Office applications completes your profile
