Group Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibility for Group-wide reporting, budgeting and forecasting Support for consolidation issues with the main national subsidiaries Analysis of business figures and derivation of recommendations for action Further development of controlling processes, standards and tools Support for management in strategic and operational decisions Implementation of deviation analyses, profitability calculations Implementation of monthly control talks and subsequent preparation of a short report Participation in M&A projects including Financial Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and group-wide reporting standards Close cooperation with finance, accounting, treasury and operational units Reporting to the parent company readiness to separate, planable missions

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration or Economics with a focus on planning / controlling / finance or similar Professional experience in controlling, ideally in group controlling or in an auditing company Knowledge of LucaNet as reporting and consolidation software desirable HGB and IFRS accounting knowledge Knowledge of how to handle current MS Office applications (especially Excel) Analytical, conceptual and creative thinking as well as a quick understanding High readiness for learning and performance, a safe occurrence and an independent and structured way of working German and English in word and writing English knowledge of communication with a parent company in Prague
