Here you find yourself: Initiate, coordinate and accompany implementation and innovation projects in close cooperation with experts from other specialist departments and external consultants Extensive consulting of top management on business policy issues and the development of action options Development of business cases, market analyses and decision-making templates as well as address-oriented results presentation in reporting and presentation form for management Accompanying digitalization projects (including AI, EUDI-Wallet) both within the savings banks and in the savings banks organization This distinguishes you: Academic degree in a relevant field (e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Informatics) Multiannual practice in analysis and consulting on complex bank-related topics under assessment of the competitive environment Excellent MS-Office knowledge, basic knowledge of software development and a self-responsible, independent way of working with high implementation orientation Excellent communication skills, which are distinguished by argumentation security, enforcement ability and a friendly and value-assuring occurrence The place is rated with a remuneration according to E13 TVöD-S.
