Construction Accountant - Traffic Stations / Railway Construction (m/f/d)

You create local dimensions and dimensions according to plan documents, including billing plans – precise, comprehensible and timely. You make allowances and conduct targeted negotiations with the construction monitoring of settlement differences You actively participate in creating invoices for complex transport station projects and thus ensure complete, VOB-compliant documentation of the services provided. You support the construction management in materialization and work preparation and, with your expertise, contribute to the efficient and resource-saving design of construction processes You create and maintain project-related documentation, establish the services provided in a structured manner monthly and thus provide a reliable data base for project management, controlling and follow-up management

You have completed training as a designer:in or comparable technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by a further training to the construction technician:in or a comparable degree You have at least three years of relevant practice in the technical building billing, preferably in railway construction or in the transport infrastructure, in particular in the area of transport stations You possess safe VOB expertise and a well-known handling of MS Office; Knowledge of RIB iTWO are a real plus You work in a structured and careful manner, have a pronounced understanding of numbers and always complete accounting technically and formally perfectly. You like to work with construction management, construction monitoring and commercial teams, bring negotiation skills and communicate clearly and legally. Very good German skills (C1 level) are required You have a valid class B driver's license as well as the willingness to use construction sites as part of the project activity
