Strengthening of the department team in the various tasks/projects in the building Call for tenders, planning and organisation of new and remodeling measures and building renovations/ maintenance in the area of building management Control and control of the planning sections including construction management Technical project management including control and coordination of commissioned architect/engineering offices Control and control of foreign services Your profile A successfully completed university degree in a relevant technical course (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) and multiannual professional practice Very independent and structured mode of operation High communication and team capability A high level of commitment, resilience and flexibility CAD identifiers are desirable/advantageous Knowledge of HOAI and VOB and relevant regulations Driving licence B Good to know The position offers you the prospect of a future role with personnel management.
