Staff 2.0 is directly attached to the Head of Labour, Youth and Social Affairs. In a dynamic and highly motivated team, the overarching topics and projects of the business unit 2 are edited. The implementation of the project "Integrierte Sozialraumorientiere Arbeit im Landkreis München" (ISAR) is currently the most important and largest project in the staff. The ISAR regional management, in which one place is vacant, is the heart of the project. All team members work very independently and independently.

The 15.04.2027 temporary parttime job has a creation of 90%.

Tasks

• Construction, control and further development of the social-spatial structures and offers as part of the project "Integrated Social-Spanish-Oriented Work in the District of Munich (ISAR)"
• Planning, control and monitoring of the implementation of the ISAR project in the regions and municipalities of the county (project and process management)
• Consultation and support of local actors in the construction of social-spatial cooperation and control structures
• Organisation and moderation of voting and network formats with municipalities, institutions and internal departments
• Clearing and multidisciplinary case coordination in the sense of a solder and hinge function

Your profile

We require this qualification:

• Social pedagogue (FH/B.A.) with state recognition or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual relevant professional experience in counselling, community work or social work
• Experience in controlling or coordinating complex cooperation or network structures
• Experience in project and process management and implementation of structural or development projects
