As a talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key role in the HR team: you are our central recruiting expert: in – with lots of freedom, clear responsibility and a strong team on your back. You don't work in the classic recruiting team, but you work directly with HR Business partners and management – as the only specialist: in deep recruiting expertise. Therefore, experience is crucial for us: you bring the expertise, we give you the confidence and the stage.

You control the entire recruiting process for specialist and leadership positions – from need analysis to sourcing, selection procedures to contract negotiation. You advise Hiring Manager at eye level – professional, pragmatic and with a clear look for solutions. You use structured interviews and modern selection methods and continuously develop them – including SAP SuccessFactors as a central tool. You use Active Sourcing via LinkedIn & Co. in a targeted and efficient manner – and unlocks new, suitable sourcing channels. You work closely with HR Business Partners, the Employer Branding Team and the departments – communicative, solution-oriented and with your own initiative. You actively contribute to recruiting formats – from university contacts to career fairs – and represent our employer brand authentic.

At least 2–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in the commercial environment and with focus on specialist and leadership positions. Found experience in Active Sourcing, interview management and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors. You work structured, self-organized and solution-oriented – you don't need micromanagement, you're proactive. Communication strength is your strength – whether in an interview, with Hiring Managers or in the team: You communicate binding, clear and sovereign – both in German and in English. You go to challenges pragmatically and hands-on – without perfectionism, but with quality standards. You want further development – with yourself, in processes and in recruiting as a whole.
