You control the entire recruiting process for specialist and leadership positions – from need analysis to sourcing, selection procedures to contract negotiation. You advise Hiring Manager at eye level – professional, pragmatic and with a clear look for solutions. You use structured interviews and modern selection methods and continuously develop them – including SAP SuccessFactors as a central tool. You use Active Sourcing via LinkedIn & Co. in a targeted and efficient manner – and unlocks new, suitable sourcing channels. You work closely with HR Business Partners, the Employer Branding Team and the departments – communicative, solution-oriented and with your own initiative. You actively contribute to recruiting formats – from university contacts to career fairs – and represent our employer brand authentic.

Found experience in Active Sourcing, interview management and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors.
