IT contact partner for Human Resources with focus on SAP Payroll (HCM PA and PY) and SAP Time (HCM PT)
Technical monitoring and management of salary accounting processes in SAP HCM and related systems (BAV, SV, etc.)
Technical guarantee of compliance with German, IG Metall tariff and business agreement-based pay billing regulations
Analysis, design and implementation of specialist area requirements by means of ABAP programming and customizing for optimization and problem solving
Implementation of new interfaces and development based on trends and best practices
