Control and monitoring of production Professional and disciplinary leadership of the layer Creating and improving production indicators and production reports Introduction and follow-up of improvements Organisation of personnel use Development of the team Organization of raw materials and materials necessary for production and their provision Compliance with the production plan taking account of occupational safety, quality and hygiene requirements and sustainability and environmental protection. Monitoring and safeguarding the correct data management in all production-related systems Working with the machines and equipment in case of need

Successfully completed training as a master / technician (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Ideally first leadership experience Good technical understanding Experience in data analysis of consumption and technical characteristics (marks in MS Office, in particular Excel) Team skills, persuasiveness, creativity and mobility Good communication and organizational skills Care, accuracy and reliability
