For our location in Munich we are looking for you Team Leader (all genders) With our 8 branches in Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Nuremberg, Leipzig and Stuttgart we are represented throughout Germany.

You conduct a multi-headed team of qualified construction and project managers in a disciplined and professional manner and develop the team further You take over the overriding control and responsibility for the quality, dates and costs of the construction projects You guide overall projects in interdisciplinary teams consisting of internal and external stakeholders You plan capacity, secure and optimise project assignments and regularly report on the state of the ongoing projects You support the project managers in the day-to-day business and in the execution of construction projects You independently coordinate and control contact with builders and entrepreneurs

You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer or architect or a comparable qualification Experience in disciplinary staff management is advantageous You have professional experience in project management of turnkey construction projects You have comprehensive professional practice in all stages of performance (depreciation, execution planning, contracting and construction) You are a strong team player with a motivating leadership style and entrepreneurial mindset You work structured and independent
