You actively contact customers and prepare customer visits. The maintenance of customer data in Salesforce (e.g. new installation, account cleaning) is part of your daily business, and you regularly check the status in Salesforce. When tracking offers, you support the team and accompany the implementation. You can safely translate sales documents into English. You check assembly reports and follow up based tasks for the team. You prepare spare parts lists and offers, e.g. for product cancellations in coordination with the team. The installation of material numbers in SAP is self-contained, and you tune bookings in Salesforce and SAP and prepare the results. You actively contribute to the idea-finding for process optimization – especially in Salesforce and SAP. In addition, you support the OPEX team in organizational tasks.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) of a technical or commercial course of study and looking for a student job at our Heidenheim site. You already have first experience in the field of construction and sales, Salesforce knowledge is an advantage. We require a secure handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PPT). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are required. You bring enthusiasm for the world of technology and are interested in sales and customer contact.
