We work across divisions at the Sindelfingen site and are involved in a variety of international projects. Our employees face the daily challenges associated with the production of motor vehicles from the luxury segment. This includes the application of Lean Management methods for the continuous improvement of production processes, the accompaniment of model changes in series production and tasks in the field of project management. In addition, automotive production offers topics such as cross-industrial value flow determinations at international level as well as method development for efficient further development of the work organisation, diverse tasks with operational character and a unique platform for personal and professional development. During your internship, you will gain insight into the tactical orientation and strategic planning of these topics, as well as into the leadership of a department in the production plant with a varied and heterogeneous task field. These tasks are waiting for you: Support of the department management, this concerns the day-to-day business as well as selected short and medium-term projects that you will manage and coordinate independently Board management, including pre- and post-provision of bodies, while offering the opportunity to present their own content in management Preparation of presentations, analyses and decision templates Cross-departmental projects and targeted communication at different hierarchical levels Support for international projects Close exchange with executives, industrial engineers The internship can start from September 2025.

Course in Economic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, International Management, Business Administration or Similar Courses Secure handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Secure knowledge of German in word and writing Self-employment and self-initiative Teamability and reliability Quick conception and target and result orientation Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
