For the Kumhausen site we are looking for a full-time account holder or tax specialist (m/w/d) for the next possible entry into full-time.

Own processing of current financial accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts) Bank accounts Account management and accounting Processing of open items and monitoring of dunning Creation of output invoices in DATEV ordering online Account tuning and debitor monitoring Processing of deposit and credit card bills Payments clarification of cross-border sales tax issues Creation of monthly sales tax forecasts and ZM Processing and assistance in drawing up applications Support for annual accounts

Training in the commercial sector with further training to the account holder or tax specialist Multiannual professional experience in financial or accounting Very good knowledge of DATEV (Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen / Company online) Knowledge of Commercial and Tax Law (HGB-oriented) Very good MS Office knowledge, especially EXCEL Digital operation Team spirit, flexibility, organisational skills and commitment Self-employed and structured work  Willingness to further develop
