Examination, documentation and handling of warranty, cunning, and warranty cases Consulting and support of customers in warranty matters Assessment of warranty claims according to legal and contractual requirements Collection of all cases in Salesforce and compilation of statistics Organisation of repairs, replacement of defective parts or refunds in consultation with the customer Control of the flow of information to stakeholders (internal departments, suppliers, customers) Participation in the optimization of warranty processes

Complete technical training with at least 2 years of professional experience Good knowledge of English and other foreign languages desirable High level of customer orientation Embossed organizational, communication and team skills
