As a service consultant (m/w/d) you support our customers through the entire service process and are the central interface between customer and workshop. With your consulting skills and your organizational staff, you will ensure a smooth running and a first-class customer experience. Your tasks include: Support and advice of our customers for maintenance, service and repair services Recording of vehicles and recording of damage and necessary work Creation and coordination of repair and service orders Examination of warranty, cunning and warranty claims Ensure parts availability and introduction of orders as needed Coordination of workshop dates and customer service measures Coordination of the repair scope with customers and workshop Identification and documentation of repetition repairs Conduct of test drives Ensuring high customer satisfaction

Successfully completed technical training, ideally in the automotive sector driving licence class B Multiannual professional experience in a service and customer-oriented service industry Impressed communication strength and joy at direct customer contact Organizational design and a structured and reliable way of working Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and service processes are advantageous Ideally a Qualification as a Certified Service Consultant (m/w/d)
