As an INBETRIEBNAHME-TECHNIKER (M/W/D) diagnose and perform complex repairs to generators at local customers and build strong customer relationships. You use special tools and follow procedures to perform repairs and preventative maintenance work. In addition, you coach technicians, maintain service vehicles and tools, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and complete the necessary documentation and training. Planning, execution and monitoring of the commissioning process to ensure a successful final handover and removal of equipment. Preparation, planning, coordination, implementation and reporting on commissioning activities and testing at the locations of suppliers or customers for low and medium-voltage power generation plants. Application of comprehensive knowledge to perform qualified activities to support sales/power gene projects. Cooperation with relevant functions for selecting and using appropriate resources, tools and special equipment. Compliance with safety protocols when working with electricity and other energy sources in industrial plants. Management and coordination of commissioning activities within the scope of the Cummins delivery and monitoring of the production and installation of devices. performing smaller mechanical and electrical maintenance work on devices during the installation and commissioning phase. Development and support of commissioning scripts and quality control as well as flexibility and adaptability in the production environment.

Funded knowledge in power generation systems, including generators, switching systems and USV – safely in analysis and integration. Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components – incl. Disassembly, inspection and damage analysis. Secure documentation of technical data and service information in the system according to requirements. High safety and quality awareness – compliance with all regulations and standards.
