Area: Stationary care facility; unlimited in part-time or full-time (30 to 39 hours per week)

The Caritas Association for the Archdiocese of Hamburg (Caritas in the North) is the welfare association of the Catholic Church in northern Germany. Over 2,400 employees work here under the heading "Seeing and acting note". Our old nursing home St. Nikolaus offers professional old and nursing care for 90 people. The house is characterized by the central and quiet location as well as the family character.

These are your activities

• Implementation of the individual, activating and holistic-day-structuring support of residents:inside

• Planning and coordination of care services

• Ensuring professional care according to the current state of care science

• Professional documentation of care processes

• Cooperation with all persons and institutions involved in care and care

We wish

• Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d), to / to the examinated caregiver:in or examinated health caregiver:in or comparable

• additional qualification for practical instructions, desirable

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Team skills and valuable communication

• Recognition and implementation of our Christian mission

• Remuneration according to the tariff of the Caritas (AVR Remuneration Group P7 - Detailed salary information) with annual Increases
