Your tasks: • One of your main activities is creating and switching various job alerts via typical channels such as LinkedIn or StepStone • You are responsible for the acquisition of new candidates via Active Sourcing Channels • They accompany and coordinate the entire recruiting process from the beginning to the end: meet the first selection of candidates, talk with them and then provide all the important documents of the leadership level • Last but not least, you are the first contact person:in (m/w/d) of the candidates and have the opportunity to participate in various projects

Your qualifications: • You have a successfully completed training or a successfully completed study in the commercial sector, personnel management or similar qualifications • You already have experience in the field of recruiting and in-depth knowledge regarding personal requirements and compliance requirements • You are familiar with the entire process of talent acquisition and active sourcing via different channels • You are safe to use the current MS Office programs • They work structured and are open to new people
