For our clients, a globally active technology company based in the region known for its innovative power and precision, we are looking for a dedicated electrical technician (m/w/d) for direct switching to an indefinite setting. In this key position, you actively shape the development and implementation of state-of-the-art electronic solutions and thus contribute significantly to technological progress.

You conduct independent tests, comparisons and fault analyses on assemblies, devices and complete systems – both in the production area and in the technical service. You will work with a clear focus on precision and quality in measuring and communication technology products

You systematically identify technical deviations, analyze their causes and implement targeted corrective measures to ensure compliance with the highest quality standards

You accompany customer-specific projects technically from the design phase to the final acceptance and bring your expertise into solution-oriented teams

You actively engage in the further development and optimization of manufacturing, testing and service processes and work closely with areas such as prefabrication and engineering

You take responsibility as a technical contact for defined device families and are available internal and external interfaces with expert advice

You support new colleagues in the process of incorporation, pass on your technical knowledge and promote a targeted, quality-oriented approach in the team

You have a successfully completed training as an electronic technician for devices and systems (m/w/d) and have ideally further qualified as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) – alternatively, you have a comparable qualification with a technical focus

You can safely master the German language at least B2 level and have technical English (at least B1) that you use in the interpretation of data sheets, test documents and technical documentation

You bring with them a strong interest in high-frequency electronics and want to continuously develop both professionally and personally.

You show openness for modern manufacturing concepts, in particular with regard to process optimization and methods of lean production

You know the handling of ERP systems such as SAP as well as complementary tools in the fields of product data management (PDM) and quality management (CAQ); also use the current MS Office applications You are routined – or are ready to work in time
