• Own-sponsored care and advice for our VIP guests, especially for private dining and exclusive events
• Resource planning of goods, ingredients and equipment
• Preparation of events, including table covers and provision of all necessary utensils
• Ensuring a smooth service run
• Professional serving of food and drinks
• Close cooperation with the kitchen team and other service staff
• Professional leadership, classification and instruction of the service team
• Highest quality standards and hygiene regulations

Your ingredients

• Complete training in the restaurant or comparable qualification is provided
• Multiannual professional experience as Chef de Rang or a comparable position in the upscale event area
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverages
• Sovereign appearance and excellent handling forms
• High quality awareness and service orientation
• Loadability, flexibility and team capability
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good English skills desirable
