In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time and unlimited Quality Assurance Engineer (M/W/D)/ Quality Assurance Engineer (M/W/D) In this position, you take responsibility for defining, implementing and monitoring quality-relevant measures along the entire project sequence – from the tender phase to the acceptance test. You will set up test specifications for the acceptance tests, answer quality-specific documents, conduct audits and initiate effective corrective and preventive measures for continuous improvement. The introduction and monitoring of quality indicators and the targeted use of proven methods such as 8D, Ishikawa or 5-Why ensure compliance with the highest quality standards. You work closely with colleagues (m/w/d) from all areas and roles of the company.

From the requirements of our customer projects, you guide suitable quality objectives and define quality-proofing measures that are required to achieve targets at the level of the acceptance test – with particular focus on electronic devices, systems and proprietary software You create, control and monitor quality-specific documents such as the quality management plan and the test schedule You are responsible for creating the test specifications at the acceptance test level and ensure that all defined quality objectives and all customer and norm requirements are fully taken into account. Process, gate and supplier audits are carried out independently by you You raise and analyze quality indicators and metrics to assess product and process quality To continuously improve processes and products, you specifically initiate corrective and preventive measures and evaluate their effectiveness You analyze relevant standards and standards and provide expert advice on the efficient and norm-compliant design of your processes For systematic problem solving, quality tools such as the 8D method, cause-effect diagram or the 5-why analysis are applied safely and targeted by you

You have successfully completed a (special) university degree in the fields of economic engineering or (economic) computer science, or have a comparable qualification with You bring well-founded experience in quality management, quality assurance and testing and have applied both classic and agile approach models in practice in this context. You have experiences in the military environment and with the relevant standards and standards (AQAP, STANAG, etc.) Ideally you have an ISTQB certification Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are a prerequisite for this position A quick understanding, a structured and independent way of working as well as pronounced communication strength and conflictability complete your profile
