You raise, analyze and document requirements, work with User Stories, User Flows and Customer Journeys You are a key player in TechManager app, moderate tuning and bringing together requirements and expectations between different specialist departments and systems You have a good understanding of different systems, quickly identify relationships and interactions, and then guide action recommendations for the app team. You model, analyze and optimize business processes (BPMN), document processes and advance their continuous improvement You take the software & App testing, write IT tickets to error and BUG handling and document the test results You know and raise relevant app-related performance data & Analytics to identify potential improvements and support data-driven decisions Together – Your potential department: Our dynamic app team develops an innovative mobile solution for existing customers with the WERTGARANTIE TechManager app and supports internal processes through modern digitalization.

Complete study of economic informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification Technical understanding, ideally knowledge of modern system architectures (microservices, web services, API) Experience with classic and agile project management methods as well as common tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Camunda) First knowledge in programming and/or app development (feed of advantage), as well as in request management and modeling of business processes (BPMN) Your communication skills and the fun of working with different instances are characterized by structured, solution-oriented thinking and your pragmatic way of working Your German is reliable and you can express yourself fluently in English, both oral and written
