Lawyer/Fully Qualified Lawyer in Auditing (m/f/d)

We are looking for you now for our location Wiesbaden as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Become part of our training and career orientation department! You are a specialist for all examination-law issues in dual training and take on an advisory role for all actors involved in the examination. You train the examination committees in the chamber district in order to carry out audits in a legally secure manner and, in close cooperation with the department, develop an AI-based information system for all training issues. The Wiesbaden Chamber of Crafts has more than 27,000 member companies. It provides a joint and solidarity representation of the concerns of all craftsmen in politics and public. Under the motto “in practice and professional” the Chamber of Crafts offers tailor-made advice for its members, with a wide range of qualified services around all questions, e.g. management or training in crafts.

You are contact persons for our audit committees and support in all audit matters and in opposition proceedings You are responsible for the legal (re-)review of audit committees You actively participate in legal communication with examiners and test persons and carry out training for the audit committees Together with the department, You will develop an AI-based information system for training and accompany the digitalization of forms and leaflets. You work closely with other institutions such as innations, circular trade unions and other actors in auditing.

You have completed university studies of legal experts with at least the first state examination and well-founded knowledge of educational and administrative law You are safe and experienced in dealing with the crafts regulations, the vocational training law and relevant commentary literature and case law You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and bring safe communication skills and a high sense of service and team spirit with You bring affinity in dealing with IT and technology and AI
