Operation of heating and sanitary facilities in compliance with technical standards and legal regulations Perception of different works, including exchanging defective assemblies, testing the operability, in- and out-use of plants Regular monitoring of the functions of the plants and systems to be supervised on site Diagnosis, fault limitation, repair work and maintenance and maintenance work Monitoring and assistance with statutory approvals and audits necessary for operation Analysis and classification of interference messages, locating sources of interference, examination of the disturbance (circumvention and importance for ongoing service operation), determination of priorities with regard to the elimination Perception of activities of cyclic inspection General office activities

Qualification: Completed 3-year vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning, or comparable occupations focusing on sanitary and heating

Competitors: Very good technical knowledge in the field of heating and sanitary technology Multiannual practical experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of heating and sanitary facilities Experience in technical management and CAFM systems is desirable Ability and willingness to acquire knowledge and to work overarching in non-learned TGA trades Founded PC knowledge in standard operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Office Other: Green, careful and reliable procedures Good organisational skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even in the case of increased work Good communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour and negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment readiness to call service at night and on weekends/ holidays Ready for the extended safety review pursuant to § 10 SÜG Special note: The prerequisite for the job placement of the workstation is the successful extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), which may also include the spouse/partner(s).
