Our dedicated team of around 50 IT experts shapes the future of the central IT systems at the NDR with passion. Together, we ensure that all employees can always access a high-performance and reliable basic technology – whether at their workplace or in the flexible, hybrid work on the go. Every day, we take care of modern networks, powerful storage solutions, server capacities, cloud services, Microsoft Office 365 and communication via telephony. In addition, we maintain the complex infrastructure for the networks and broadcasting systems of television and radio throughout the broadcasting area of the NDR and ensure a secure and stable transition to the public Internet. Your tasks include: You control complex IT network projects along the entire project cycle You plan and design LAN, WAN, Media-over-IP, cloud integrations and location networking You coordinate the exchange between internal teams, service providers and carriers so that everything is running on time You keep time, budget, quality and risks in mind and guide escalations in a targeted manner as needed You'll create and provide technical documentation on enterprise level You are always at the heart of time and integrative new technologies – from WAN trends to cloud-first approaches and media streaming

Completed studies in computer science, media technology or comparable qualification with multi-year, relevant experience in the described task field Experience in managing and planning complex network projects Technical know-how in LAN/WAN, Media-over-IP, cloud and location connection Ideally project management certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and communication strength Knowledge of automation (Ansible, Python, NMS) is a plus Experience with Cisco technologies and openness for other providers You feel safe in dealing with different stakeholders – internally and externally Self-initiative and flexibility draw Very good German skills complete your profile
