Technical responsibility for a fixedly assigned real estate portfolio Ensuring the operational and traffic safety of the properties Implementation of legal requirements, standards and internal standards in building operations Planning, commissioning and control of maintenance, maintenance and reconstruction measures Control of the performance of external service providers with regard to quality, costs and dates Documentation of technical processes, maintenance data and test reports Creation and monitoring of technical budgets Analysis and optimization of technical operating costs Participation in the development of technical processes with focus on efficiency and sustainability

Complete technical or craft training, ideally with further training to the technician/master or a comparable study Professional experience in technical building management, property or facility management, preferably in the commercial sector Funded technical understanding and cross-sector expertise Safe handling of Microsoft 365 as well as a structured operation in the documentation Embossed communication skills and solution-oriented thinking High level of self-responsibility, service orientation and reliability
