Project Manager - Urban Development / Renovation / Funding Applications (m/f/d)

You advise municipalities in the development and implementation of urban projects and the renovation of buildings as well as private owners to renovate buildings You control urban projects and planning processes You create urban analysis, concepts (ISEK, VU) and feasibility studies You create funding applications for urban renewal measures and develop implementation and financing concepts for projects in urban and urban development You manage public funding programs from the submission of applications to the proof of use You support our team in the implementation of planner selection procedures and architect competitions and participate in the development and design of other areas of activity in urban renewal and local development

You are a registered architect / landscape architect or city planner (m/w/d) and want to reorganize You are happy to contact the various actors:in urban development, such as local politicians:inside, authorities, associations and citizens:inside You have excellent communication skills in German in word and writing You are safe in handling all Office applications, CAD skills are desirable You have prior knowledge or willingness to quickly incorporate into the areas of public funding, competition, procurement and contracting You will enjoy ever new challenges and topics and think solution-oriented and conceptual as well as work team-oriented
