Head of Patient Management (m/f/d)

Technical and organisational management of the patient management team Control of patient intake incl. Waiting list management, prioritization and allocation and scheduling in individual and group therapy Planning and organisation of therapy offers (in particular group therapies) in close coordination with therapists:inside and other administrative areas Organisation of reception sites and ensuring a smooth practice operation including appointment planning and administrative patient reception Coordination of psychotherapy applications and communication with health insurance companies and internal bodies Introduction and support of new team members as well as participation in staff selection Ensuring quality standards and process maintenance as well as central contact for other departments on operational issues Instruction of the team in used software applications and active involvement of digitalization potentials in their own area

Completed commercial training or study with an economic or health-related focus or multi-year professional experience in the administrative or medical care environment Founded leadership experience, ideally in operational areas with high coordination effort Impressed ability to coordinate complex and parallel processes in a structured manner, identify priorities early and act proactively Impressed communication strength in direct handling of patients: inside the team and other departments Safe handling of digital systems (e.g. MS Office) and openness for new applications German language skills in word and writing
