We are looking for you as a commercial specialist (m/w/d) for our customer in Triptis!

hourly wage by agreement!

Your tasks:

Activities Warehouse management:

• Monitoring of goods entry and exit
• Monitoring of material consumption

Activities in the system of goods management:

• Input of shipping documents
• Rechungsprüfung
• Collection of offers and materials
• Comparison of suppliers
• clarification of inconsistencies
• Create shipping suggestions
• Implementation of inventory

Activities Organisation Transport:

• Individual contact with customers and forwarders
• Deputy Head of Division
• Adjustment of time recording
• Classification of shift plans and, where appropriate, coordination with personnel service providers
• Compilation of certificates
• Production planning
• Load monitoring of machines
• Quality management of products

Your profile:

• a commercial degree or
• a professional qualification in the field of products and training in the commercial sector
• Including professional experience in organization planning
• Staplerschein is desirable

• Conscientiousness, vision, timeliness
• ability to respond quickly to changed circumstances
• FS + car to reach the work site of advantage
