Number: MER0003X8C At the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen we build a variety of fascinating products. One focus is on fully electric vehicles with which we want to protect the environment and get individual mobility. We owe the number and quality of our vehicles to the skills and commitment of over 11,000 employees here at the Bremen site. Our HRxD/V team is responsible for the overall process of vocational training and the DH-studium at the Bremen site; and with a lot of expertise and passion. Due to the diverse interfaces we work closely connected in the department. In cooperation, openness, creativity, respect and mutual support are central values. Your future team consists of 11 colleagues, 8 of whom are directly involved in the training and 3 in the field of recruiting and projects. We value our attention, good communication, interdisciplinary cooperation and constructive and honest interaction with each other. Mobile work is regularly used by us, with the common presence equally important to us. These challenges come to you: Self-responsible support of projects, e.g. pupil internships Participation in the planning and implementation of our various offers for school classes at our plant, such as factory tours and project days Participation in the design and implementation of new projects Creation of own contributions with photos and interviews for our social intranet Participation in the planning and implementation of our training marketing, e.g. for trade fair appearances, open-door days, in cooperation with schools Participation in the operational course of vocational training Professional creation of management presentations Working in department-specific communication formats Optimization of processes The activity can begin from March 2026.
