As part of the global corporate communication of Mercedes-Benz AG, we inform our global 170,000 employees about our business results, the performance of our share, on economic developments and also on topics related to our sustainable supply chain. We use a wide range of suitable communication channels and formats. These range from contributions to our social intranet to mailings and newsletters to dialogue events. During your internship in our team, you actively work on communication concepts, research and create your own contributions and graphics and accompany them until publication. In addition to your editorial interest, you also bring a good eye to the visualization of contributions. Your fresh look and your creative ideas are very welcome with us! Your tasks: Working with cross-media communication concepts and developing new communication formats Creating editorial contributions for media of employee communication Supporting our Businessnews platform “Talking Business”: Topic planning, setting of content via the CMS (Data Compliance Management System), developing and editing layouts, graphics and photos Working with the planning and implementation of our Group-wide internal communication on our quarterly results and the Annual General Meeting Support in preparing and implementing virtual and physical dialogue formats for employees Cooperation in cross-departmental project groups

Course in the field of studies in communication sciences, journalism, German Studies or a comparable course of studies, economics knowledge is advantageous, but no prerequisite, the focus is on communication skills Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Extensive communication skills, reliability, organizational skills, care, commitment, creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm, independent working style Practical experiences in journalism or press work are desirable, as well as experiences with content management systems and photoshop The willingness to work in the home office is a prerequisite Additional information The internship starts on 29 September 2025 in full time (35 hours). The duration of the internship is six months. Of course, without formalities, we are not.
