Become part of our inspiring team as Projektcoordinator Facility Management & Immission Protection Officer (m/w/d)

You develop facility projects to modernise, increase performance and reduce costs and implement them in a targeted manner. You control and coordinate projects efficiently, ensure appointments and keep budgets in mind at any time. You are responsible for the project controlling as well as the complete and comprehensible documentation. You run external service providers, coordinate all relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth cooperation. You take over the role in immission protection, ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide internal expert advice. You monitor project success, continuously optimize processes and are central contact persons for authorities and permits.

You have completed training in electronics, mechatronics or mechanics, as well as a further training as master or technician. You bring at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable position. You like to work interdisciplinaryly, coordinate tasks sovereignly and delegate efficiently. You think analytically and complex, make informed decisions and keep an overview. You act proactive, structured and enjoy innovation and new solutions. You have good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel) as well as reliable knowledge of German and English.
