Caretaker/House Technician - Facility Management (m/f/d)

As a home technician (m/w/d), our team is helping you to reliably ensure the technical operation in our clinics. The temporary employment is mainly at the Brandis site, with timely interventions in our clinics in Bad Liebenwerda, Bad Lausick, Dahlen and Leipzig. Together, we ensure that technology and procedures are running around the clinic everyday

Regular monitoring and maintenance of buildings and technical facilities and outdoor facilities Documentation and implementation of inspections and functional testing on domestic installations Maintenance and repairs Participation in readiness

Compulsory qualifications: Complete artisanal vocational training Good expertise in the fields of heating, air conditioning and ventilation or equivalent craft training First professional experience as a home technician as well as in building and operating technology Required qualifications: Allrounder, cross-disciplinary technical understanding with hand-on mentality IT knowledge Excel and Outlook independent, flexible, reliable and team-ready
