You ensure that products and processes at dental bauer meet the legal and regulatory requirements and take responsibility for the wholesale trade of drugs. You continue to expand our quality management, across locations and countries. Responsibility, care and further development of the quality management system for the entire range of dental bauer (including medicines, radiation protection, energy, environment) Document management and preparation and maintenance of procedures and work instructions Contact person for authorities, planning, monitoring and supervision of internal and external audits and inspections Qualification and evaluation of suppliers and service providers, e.g. manufacturers, forwarders and warehouse partners Control of deviations, complaints, recalls and CAPA measures including complete documentation Training of employees on quality and compliance issues and strengthening quality awareness Monitoring regulatory changes, including medical devices and hazardous substances, and deriving appropriate measures Takeover of the function of the person responsible according to § 52a AMG and ensure compliance with drug law (AMG, AMWHV, GDP) Coordination with the dental manufacturer organization, in particular logistics, purchasing, sales, technical service and management, taking into account country-specific requirements

Ready to do full-time work and start now Multiannual professional experience in quality management in the medical and healthcare environment, e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices or pharmaceutical wholesale trade Knowledge of drug law (AMG, AMWHV, GDP) and necessary expertise readiness to take over the function of the person responsible according to § 52a AMG Experience with QM systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 13485), audits and CAPA processes Structured, independent and pragmatic mode of operation, even with complex requirements Advantages: Dental experience as well as knowledge in medical device law (MDR) and hazardous substances or Biocide law, experience in international organisations (DACH, Benelux, Denmark) Advantage: Auditor training as well as experience with digital QM and document steering systems Knowledge of how to use digital tools such as Microsoft (Word, PPT, Excel), SAP, PowerBi and AI German language skills in word and writing
