You make sure that our virtualized infrastructure runs stable around VMware and Citrix and continues to grow steadily in the future. Own responsibility You take over the operating control of our systems and design, implement and optimize our existing IT operating processes. To ensure our IT security, you are the interface to IT security and with the use of high-quality products as well as your precise way of working for highest quality standards. With your technical know-how, you deal with the administration and error analysis in Exchange, teams as well as our Microsoft ERP systems and work in a solution-oriented manner on interfering factors. You enter our server landscape and take care of the entire process – from setup to regular updates to patch management and monitoring. In addition, you coordinate our external service providers and are a central and competent contact person for cross-disciplinary IT projects and 3rd level support.

You have a successfully completed training or retraining in the IT sector and can already convince with your knowledge of the IT infrastructure. With your well-founded knowledge in handling Windows Active Directory, you continuously develop structures and have the pleasure of optimizing them sustainably. In addition, you have already worked intensively with Powershell and have first experience in the field of visualization via VMware, Storage and Backup. To complete your expertise, you are also safe to use Azure Cloud and M365. To ensure that the occasional exchange with our international branches and partners is not an obstacle, you have good English knowledge in word and writing. In addition to this, you will enjoy working in the team and convince with your communicative and independent way.
