You are part of the team responsible for the further development of the change story about the organisational and cultural development of the HanseWerk Group. You develop appropriate communication measures to effectively accompany our transformation process. You measure the effectiveness of the measures you have developed and develop them continuously. You work with internal stakeholders across hierarchy to ensure uniform and transparent communication on strategically relevant topics in the company. You build an internal network to advance and empower change in the company and actively support our teams in the process of change. You connect our employees through interactive communication and exchange formats to participate in the change process and implement them independently. You have a degree in communication or media sciences, journalism, journalism, public relations, or the humanities. You have several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in internal communication, editorial or change communication.
