holistic control of construction projects according to HOAI performance picture in cooperation with architects and specialist planners (HKLS / electrical engineering) Creating, communicating and ensuring targets and performance in the construction and project phase (quality, quantity, dates) Continuous testing, evaluation and documentation of performance and implementation of structured quality management Execution of acceptances by VOB, transfer of construction services to client/user and clarification of warranty and insurance issues Assessment of maintenance contracts, consistent cost control, budget monitoring and project accounting incl. Refund management Control and professional management of all project participants (architects, specialist planners, experts) as well as ensuring an efficient project sequence

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification Secure, extensive knowledge in handling HOAI and VOB Detectable experience in budget and cost management as well as in cost control of construction projects Negotiating, service-oriented and high-level occurrence vis-à-vis clients, subcontractors and project partners Funded knowledge of construction and construction Good understanding of building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electric) Professional experience in a comparable position as building manager:in / project manager:in construction or technical building construction Safe handling of building-specific DV applications (CAD, AVA) as well as common MS Office programs
