• Implementation of professional and mastery activities at school buildings (approximately 50% of each activity)
• Maintenance and functional testing of electrical safety equipment and heating systems
• Maintenance and maintenance of supply systems and building systems
• Self-responsible fault analysis and fault elimination
• Contact person (w/m/d) for staff and pupils in all questions of housekeeping
• Self-fulfilment of small repair work on the building
• Representation of house personnel in other school buildings in accordance with representation regulations

This is your profile: For the activity you need:

• A successfully completed vocational training as a sanitary installer (w/m/d) or plant mechanic (w/m/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning
• Full health suitability for the requirements of the task area
• Class B driving licence and the willingness to use your own vehicle in service

You also have:

• Multiannual professional experience in building maintenance and renovation (required)
• Reliability, enforcement, self-initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team skills and intercultural competence
• Ready to use occasional evening and weekends
