Here you will be taught live and interactive about video conferencing and have access to digital learning materials. You are not bound to a campus - so you get the greatest possible flexibility and can learn self-determined.

You support the team in daily hotel operation You accompany the guest service from check-in to check-out and work in the reservation management You help organize events and get involved in the planning of small events You are analysing payloads, supporting pricing strategies and managing marketing actions You work closely with service, housekeeping and reception teams and learn how a hotel operation works holistically You take your own areas of responsibility step by step

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are communicative, open and like to work with people You have an eye for details and can organize yourself well You bring motivation to discover tourist topics and to use your knowledge in everyday life You are reliable, curious and willing to take responsibility You want to actively connect theory and practice with each other and look for a study that really keeps you Career prospects: After successful completion, you will find a variety of career paths in tourism. You can start as Junior Operations Manager:in, Guest Relations or Event Management. With good performance, a takeover at the hotel is possible.
