Team Leader Project Management (m/w/d)

As a team leader (m/w/d), you take a central leadership role in our company. You are not only responsible for the successful implementation of challenging own projects, but also a team of project leaders with clarity, empathy and target orientation. You actively shape processes, develop your team and contribute significantly to the strategic orientation of the area.

Leadership & Development: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team of up to 10 project leaders. You promote individual strengths, establish clear structures and continuously develop your team. You're a coach and manager at the same time. Strategic responsibility: You actively shape the further development of our project management – from process optimization to the introduction of new tools and methods. Customer relations at eye level: You are the first contact person for our customers, understand their visions and lead them to successful implementation with your team. Project management: You control complex projects holistically – from conception to planning and production to logistics, construction and degradation. Interface management: You work closely with internal departments such as design, construction and production as well as with external partners. Responsibility for quality, costs and dates: You always keep an overview and make sure that projects are implemented efficiently, high-quality and on time. Sustainability: You actively contribute to the development of sustainable solutions and resource-saving processes.

Personality: You are powerful, powerful and motivating. You work structured, solution-oriented and with real hands-on mentality. Leadership experience: You have already managed a team or have a well-founded experience in the professional management – ideally in the trade fair, event or interior design. Project competence: You have several years of experience in managing complex projects with high quality standards. Training: You have a completed technical training (e.g. Schreiner:in) or a study in architecture, interior architecture or event/fair management (BWL). Technical know-how: Secure handling of MS Office 365. Experiences in handling CAD (e.g. AutoCAD) helpful. Languages: German and good English. Passion: You're burning for design, technology and dealing with people.
