After your five-week engagement in Erlangen you have the opportunity to work out of the home office.

Your tasks:

• Telephone support for customers (Inbound/Outbound)

• Friendly and competent handling of questions, concerns or complaints

• Documentation of conversation contents in the system

• forwarding complex issues to the relevant departments

• Contribution to customer satisfaction and customer retention

Your qualification:

• Pleasure to telephone and communicate with people

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented appearance

• First experience in customer service or call center of advantage - but no need!

• Safe handling of the PC and the willingness to work into new systems
