The program and portfolio of the University of Media Stuttgart (HdM) is unique across Europe and opens up the currently 5,500 students in 30 bachelor and master's degree programs to the media industry as well as in companies, organisations and institutions of the public sector. The HdM also offers varied and future-proof areas of activity in an innovative research, teaching and work environment. Conceptual, administrative and organisational support of the Vice-Rector's degree and teaching in the implementation of various projects, in particular through research into a range of different questions and problems in the fields of higher education, training and international cooperation with foreign universities, mainly in other EU Member States This – also multimedia – preparing the search results Content preparation and follow-up of meetings and other appointments of the Vice-Rector Communication with internal and external stakeholders, also in English

Graduated higher education in the field of law, economic, communication or social sciences Competent for sound, thorough research and structured, consistent preparation of results in different formats (e.g. in writing, as PP presentation or in Excel format) The ability to incorporate into complex problems and conceptual thinking Organisational and communication strength including the ability to express clearly, both in German and in English Experience abroad, ideally, but not necessarily, in the form of a study at a foreign university Excellent knowledge of English is indispensable for the written job; Knowledge of other European foreign languages is helpful but not absolutely necessary
