Head of development and implementation of a proactive EHS culture at the site in Troisdorf to promote physical and psychological security for all employees and contractors: Responsibility for the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs to comply with local laws, company standards and best industry practices Leadership and coaching of the EHS team, ensuring technical and behavioral skills development to provide optimized consulting and service for the company Monitoring and implementation of audits and inspections to identify solutions for EHS deficits and to ensure a sustainable improvement Responsibility for the EHS training programme and ensuring a safe, environmentally conscious way of working through targeted training and information for employees Guidance in the investigation of EHS incidents, identification of the causes and development of corrective measures to prevent repetition Monitoring the EHS budget for operational and investment expenditure and reporting and analysis of EHS data to identify continuous improvements and trends Participation in large projects and compliance topics, including the integration of EHS inspections into energy management systems and regulatory requirements

They have a master's degree (or comparable) in the field of engineering or related discipline, an SIFA certificate and at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of EHS You have experience in EHS management in a pharmaceutical/chemical cGMP production environment and can successfully lead a team Knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures and the ability to interpret relevant legislation are just as necessary as a strong, logical thinking capability They have the maturity and professionalism to communicate with colleagues in an objective and respectful manner and are also a real team player who promotes good cooperation and is able to work together effectively in a matrix organization.
