Specialist in time and attendance management and duty scheduling with a focus on ATOSS ASES (m/f/d)

Support & Coordination: You are the central contact person for locations and colleagues in all issues relating to time management and service planning with ATOSS ASES. Process optimization: You analyze existing processes in the time economy environment and continuously develop them, in particular with regard to digital solutions. Project work: You take part projects in the management of work time independently and actively promote the further development of ATOSS ASES. master data management: You maintain and manage personal master data and ensure the correct mapping of contract- and accounting-relevant features. Training & Competence: You design and conduct training and support employees in dealing with systems and processes of time management and service planning.

You have completed their studies or training in the field of business, human resources or comparable qualifications. You have ideally gained first experience in a healthcare personnel department. You work carefully, structured and independent and always keep a strong eye on detail. You are team-oriented, highly communication-oriented and work with different departments and locations. Ideally, you have first experience in dealing with service planning software, preferably ATOSS ASES, and common office applications.
