Your tasks: • Operation and monitoring of state-of-the-art production machines • Ensuring production quality and compliance with manufacturing standards • Analysis of errors and troubleshooting • Optimization of manufacturing processes in close cooperation with our dedicated team

Your qualifications: • Completed technical training, preferably as a machine or plant leader (m/w/d) or many years of professional experience as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) • Experience in operating production plants • Technical understanding and craftsmanship • Team skills and a strong level of helpfulness • Ready for shiftwork
