What we plan together: The Central Business Administration is the contact person and know-how carrier for business processes with specialist and system expertise for accounting and adjacent commercial areas within the REWE Group. In the associated process team Requst-to-Activate, the processes and applications for the central master data management are supervised, specifications for the processes and data management are developed and their mapping in IT systems are ensured.

You work in a group-wide S4 / HANA transformation project, in which a new SAP system (MDG on S4 / HANA) is also introduced as a central master data system. You model the specialist processes over the entire life cycle of master data and organizational elements and convert the existing actual processes into optimized and standardized corporate processes. You also support the project in the standardization and later migration of SAP FI/CO master data.

With your FI/CO expertise, you have a comprehensive view of central end-to-end processes within the REWE Group and introduces your know-how into consulting the business units and other process teams. In process design, you take an overarching view of the group-wide processes and applications, represent a link between the individual processes and lets this flow into corresponding master data concepts.

What you do with us: You’ll show commitment: You’ll develop and optimize business processes for a group-wide S/4 HANA SAP system. Your analytical skills are not too short: you analyse technical requirements in the context of the respective end-to-end process and ensure cross-company integration. You are in the middle of it: you develop specialist concepts and guidelines for the introduction of a new central master data system that you agree with our IT and the relevant specialist areas. You set high standards: As part of our Corporate Responsibility, you will ensure compliance with Group specifications and ensure uniform and efficient procedures for the entire and internationally established REWE Group. You take responsibility in project work: you meet decisions, draw conclusions and actively work on change processes. You look at the whole thing: As a process designer, you enter the central master data processes within SAP and in the context of the adjacent systems and applications along the entire process.

You have a degree in economics or computer sciences or has a comparable training from the commercial or IT environment. You have already gained well-founded experience in the optimization and design of business processes. You already have several years, good to very good application and customizing experiences in SAP FI/CO and are an expert in this field. You have good to very good knowledge of data quality management and analysis of master data. Ideally, you have already worked in the past on the topics of the SAP business partner and the SAP MDG, bringing appropriate expertise to the support and further development of the topic. You have strong analytical skills and pleasure in understanding systemic relationships and developing new solutions. You work independently, proactively and bring the willingness to travel. Your English language skills are safe to negotiate, so you can communicate safely with your international colleagues.
