IHR JOB

• Accounting of all current operations in debitor and creditor accounting
• Management and maintenance of customer and supplier master files
• Payment transactions including SEPA direct debits and regular bank debits
• Preparing relevant data to create bills for customers and tenants
• support in dunning, in particular in the monitoring of payment inputs and the creation of reminders

• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1)
• IT affinity and willingness to integrate into programs such as IX-Haus
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Reliable and structured operation for numbers, deadlines and procedures
